The Dog Training Club of Saint Petersburg, Florida offers a large, modern, air conditioned, fully matted facility dedicated to dog training, agility, and of course, flyball!  For super easy access, hotels, restaurants and shopping are just right down the street.  RV dry camping is available on site and KOA's and RV parks are nearby.
