2008 Championship Program

Ready... Set... Go! to the 2008 U-FLI Championship!

Mark your calendar and pack your bags because the 2008 U-FLI Championship is headed to Memphis, Tennessee, and the St. Jude Showcase of Dogs.

What’s different about the 2008 U-FLI Championship program?

Last year’s program expanded the number of qualifiers from three to five to give more teams an opportunity to participate in the qualifiers and the championship. This year we’re continuing our expansion by increasing the number of teams qualifying in each division at each qualifier from two to three.

This year’s event includes an additional day of championship racing in order for us to roll out the U-FLI Championship Singles and Pairs Challenge and the U-FLI Championship Pick-Up Dream Team Challenge. These events kick off our championship weekend Friday, October 10, and are truly “no dog left behind” events: All dogs registered with U-FLI are eligible to run. The latter lets you run your own team, build a dream team, or run as a member of a randomly drawn team. All participants will be considered competitive and eligible for placement in their assigned divisions.

This Standard Team U-FLI Championship will now be run over two days, October 11th & 12th, along with a regular U-FLI tournament. Each qualifier also runs concurrently with a regular U-FLI tournament. You can locate the date and place for each of the qualifiers at the U-FLI home page at www.u-fli.com.

What’s not changing?

Our commitment to bringing you the most competitive racing available today. Our championship continues with seven closely seeded divisions where seven champions will be determined.
